Aims & Scope

Selcuk Journal of Science is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to the publication of high-quality original research in the natural and applied sciences. The journal operates under a single-blind peer review policy, ensuring rigorous evaluation of submitted work by qualified experts. The journal aims to foster scientific progress by disseminating significant, methodologically sound, and novel findings that advance understanding in relevant scientific domains. Manuscripts must present original research that has not been published or submitted elsewhere. Key subject areas include, but are not limited to: Actuarial Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics. Submissions are accepted throughout the year. Accepted articles are published in the next available issue following peer review and editorial approval.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
