Aims & Scope

Mediehistorisk Tidsskrift discusses various ways of representing and interpreting reality – how reality is created and recreated through media, research, and debate. It also covers how the Sami are discussed in Norwegian media, the meeting between Sami and the national majority, and the development of the South Lappish written language in Sweden. The journal also focuses on the history of journalism education in Norway and the debate about ethics in non-fiction writing.
