Aims & Scope

The Iranian Scientific Association of Desert Management and Control is proud to be the foundation for the transition of a scientific research Journal of Desert Management that is entirely specialized in desert management studies, to improve and exchange of knowledge, experiences, innovation and originality of researchers in this field. This journal reviews and publishes the original paper and new and innovative research projects led by researchers, university professors, students and experts in the field of the desert ecosystem, desertification monitoring and assessment, desert rehabilitation, arid lands vegetation, agriculture in desert regions, land degradation and desertification, water management in desert, climate change and its impact on desertification, desert geomorphology, wind erosion and dust storm, drought etc. The original research papers, with innovation and the result of the research projects of the author(s) related in one of the following research fields, written in Persian with an English abstract which is publishing for the first time, will be reviewed by the editorial board. The acceptable fields and scopes are grouped below:
