In the vision considered for this journal, which benefits from the connection of the two knowledges of management and psychology, in a twenty-year time horizon, this journal will become a leading interdisciplinary journal and a basic source of reference for scientific articles in psychological and behavioral fields in management science. The priorities of the journal and some of the topics under them are as follows: Psychological and Emotional Capital: Psychological capital in organizations and its influencing factors. Emotional capital in organizations and its influencing factors. Identification of employees' psychological needs. Employees' sense of self-efficacy and self-confidence. Emotional capital and its challenges in virtual organizations. Psychological Health and Disorder: Mental health and well-being of employees. Obsessive-compulsive disorder among employees. Depression and social anxiety among employees. Identification of causes of psychological disorders within the organizational context. Identification of causes of reduction in positive mood states within the organization. Empowerment and Resilience: Psychological empowerment of human resources in organizations. Resilience of human resources in organizations. Happiness: Employee well-being. Organizational happiness. Interpersonal Skills: Role of emotional skills and positive emotions in reducing interpersonal conflicts among employees. Effect of problem-solving training on reducing interpersonal conflicts among employees.
