Aims & Scope

The journal publishes results of completed and previously unpublished scientific research of priority nature. The journal is intended for researchers, faculty, graduate students, and a wide range of specialists. Articles are published and peer-reviewed free of charge, and are available in open access, which contributes to expanding the readership and increasing the citation rate of articles. The journal is included in the list of publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission for the publication of dissertation results, included in the Russian Science Citation Index (based on the Scientific Electronic Library elibrary.ru), as well as in the electronic library system of the "Lan" publishing house and the Cyberleninka electronic library. The journal is indexed by the "Google Scholar" system. The full text of the journal can now be found in the databases of EBSCO Publishing on the EBSCOhost platform.
