Prudentia Iuris es una publicación semestral (enero-junio/julio-diciembre) de la Facultad de Derecho de la Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, que tiene por objeto la elaboración de un pensamiento jurídico coherente con los principios fundamentales de la Justicia y el orden natural, iluminados por la Fe. Su cobertura temática comprende: Filosofía del Derecho (Derecho Natural, Teoría del Derecho, Principios e Instituciones Jurídicas); Derecho Público (Constitucional, Administrativo, Penal, Laboral y Previsión Social, Tributario, Político, Internacional); Derecho Privado (Civil y Comercial); Historia del Derecho; Derecho Canónico y Eclesiástico; Derecho Comparado. Son destinatarios de la Revista profesores, investigadores, legisladores, jueces, abogados y estudiantes de las Ciencias Jurídicas, como así también bibliotecas de Universidades, Centros de Investigación y otros organismos.
