Aims & Scope

Philostrato. Revista de Historia y Arte is a periodical publication that covers all original articles on History and Art History in relation to Modern European History from the 15th to the 18th century. It also includes all works that deal with the relations between the old continent and other countries, as long as they fit within the specified timeframe. The journal's Editorial Board reserves the right to admit proposals that, even if outside the specified chronological framework, may be of interest to History or Art History due to the novelty of their contributions.
