Building on the University of Bologna's millennium-long tradition as Europe's mother of legal education, the University of Bologna Law Review (UBLR) is an internationally recognized diamond open access and student-run Journal that publishes innovative legal scholarship bridging European legal traditions with contemporary global challenges. Since its founding in 2016, UBLR has maintained the highest editorial standards through a double-blind peer review process conducted by national and international scholars.
