Aims & Scope

Società e Diritti (Societad y Derechos, Societé et Droits, Society and Rights) aims to publish contributions of general theory of law, jurisprudence and sociology of law, promote dialogue between jurists and scholars of criminology, sociologists and philosophers of law with the aim of a direct effect on applied research. In particular, we want to develop comparative sociology of law by promoting dialogue between European and Latin American authors. The journal telematica SeD aims to develop the debate in the fields of general theory of law, jurisprudence and sociology of law. Articles, case notes, comments, conference proceedings and reviews are accepted.
