República y Derecho (RYD) is a journal that publishes original research articles, notes on books, articles, jurisprudence or legislation, and bibliographic reviews in the field of law. It aims to contribute to the science of law with significant research. The journal accepts articles that are unpublished and have not been submitted to another publication simultaneously. It also publishes notes on books, articles, jurisprudence, or legislation, and bibliographic reviews of recent legal books. The journal follows the ISO 690 and ISO 690-2 standards for citations and bibliographic references.
