Aims & Scope

JASA publishes "original research articles" written in English on theoretical and practical topics related to spatial planning and design, conservation, restoration, management, and economic aspects within the scope of Architectural Sciences. In addition, if deemed appropriate by the JASA Editor, a limited number of invited review articles, letters to the editor, project competition criticism, etc. can be published. Subjects and research studies of interdisciplinary architectural sciences (e.g., building architecture, landscape architecture, city and regional planning, interior architecture, industrial product design, fine arts, civil engineering, etc.) have been primarily published in JASA. In addition, issues related to other multidisciplinary fields (e.g., forest engineering, agricultural engineering, biology, geography, mining engineering, sociology, archaeology, nature protection, tourism, recreation, cultural heritage, environment, business administration, etc.) are also published.
