Aims & Scope

Al-Tanzim : Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam is a premier academic journal published by Lembaga Penerbitan, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LP3M) of Nurul Jadid University, Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java, Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to advancing scholarly discourse and research on Transformative Management Practices in Islamic education, deeply rooted in Islamic values, across diverse educational institutions. The journal’s scope encompasses Islamic leadership, public relations management, organizational culture and behavior, and human resource management within both formal and non-formal Islamic educational institutions. Al-Tanzim serves as a key platform for academics, educators, policymakers, and researchers to share research findings and new insights that foster professionalism and contribute to enhancing the quality of Islamic education as a whole.
