Aims & Scope

The aim of Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University (NOHU) Journal of Engineering Sciences is to publish high quality original research and review articles at international level in order to convey current research and developments in the fields of science and engineering to researchers, readers and practitioners. In recent years, academic articles have an important role in the delivery of scientific studies and technological products emerging as a result of interdisciplinary research and studies to the scientific world and industrial fields. For this reason, NOHU Journal of Engineering Sciences publishes many original scientific articles written in Turkish and English to reach their goals after pre-evaluation and double-blind peer-review processes. The scope of Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University (NOHU) Journal of Engineering Sciences includes the researches and studies in the areas of Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Food Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geomatic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering and other related engineering areas.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
