Aims & Scope
The Journal of Transition Medicine (JTM) is a multidisciplinary, open access, peer-reviewed journal seeking to publish new research findings in the field of transition medicine ranging from the basic biological and behavioral sciences to public health and policy. The journal is aiming to help young people with chronic diseases to receive better medical care throughout the transition from paediatric to adult medicine. Besides medical doctors, all disciplines working with or committed to improving transitional care, e.g. sociologists, psychologists, social workers, nurses or health service researchers, are asked for submissions.
