Aims & Scope

GLOBAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT JOURNAL (GHMJ) focuses on health field with strong preference (but not limited) on public health in general, maternal and child health, nursing, midwifery, sexual and reproductive health, public health nutrition, environmental health, occupational health and safety, health promotion, health economics in South East Asia and other regions. Applied science in health also becomes one of our priority, especially in the field of health information and technology, innovation in health, and development of devices, medicines, vaccines, procedures and systems developed to solve a health problem and improve quality of lives. GHMJ welcomes submissions of original research , review article, best practice, photo essay, perspectives, and guest editorials on various clinical and professional efforts to develop health and well-being for better society. GHMJ also welcomes negative results (e.g., studies that do not support a hypothesized difference or association) but the author(s) should provide extensive discussion and comparison. Addressing applied science research and global health challenges, policy, and practices, our contents focus into various main groups, but not limited: (*) Health promotion for children and youth ; (*) Maternal and child health ; (*) Health service and management from the perspectives of the providers and users ; (*) Health policy and its implementation ; (*) Health education and promotion ; (*) Nutrition and health behavioral intervention ; (*) Epidemiology and public health nutrition ; (*) Women’s health ; (*) Nursing and midwifery (*) Environmental, occupational health and safety ; and (*) Applied science related to health development . We do believe that this report will benefit the mankind and serve as a medium to share knowledge and experience among scholars, health practitioners and scientist in order to gain better understanding of the most crucial issues in Asia-Pacific region.
