Aims & Scope

Plants and Environment is a multi-disciplinary, peer-reviewed, international journal of Plant and Environmental Research Institute (PERI), India. All papers are subjected to peer review by the subject-specific reviewers with an expert editor using the blind peer review system. The journal publishes quarterly (March, June, September and December) and the accepted manuscripts are published online at the end of the month as per the open access publication policy. The journal publishes original research articles, reviews, scientific notes, opinions and short communication. The purpose of the journal is to publish original research work that contributes significant knowledge in the plant science, environmental science, agricultural science and sustainability. Author can submit their articles online after creating his/her User Account . All manuscripts (those which are not previously published and are not under consideration for publication by any journal) are subjected to rapid peer review process and those of high quality will be given priority for publication. Considered manuscript will be allotted a unique number which will be mailed to the corresponding author within one week or earlier. Your views and comments will be highly acclaimed for the further improvement of the journal.
