Basilíade - Revista de Filosofia has as its purpose to disseminate philosophical reflection within the scope of the history of philosophy, metaphysics, philosophical anthropology, ethics, among others. It is also open to cultural dialogue and everything that concerns the relationship between philosophy and theology, science and faith, faith and reason. It publishes academic texts by contemporary Brazilian and foreign philosophers. These texts should not only express results of original research at the postgraduate level but also contribute to the enrichment of national philosophical culture.
