The major readers of the journal are researchers, students and related academic institutions. Kader primarily publishes research articles, article translations and book reviews in both Turkish and English using double-blind peer review for all its publications. The final decision on whether or not to publish the articles belongs to the editor-in-chief. The editor's decision is final.
