Aims & Scope

The Trento Student Law Review is a legal journal published biannually by the students of the University of Trento Law Faculty. The Law Review is published every six months and it is committed to the comparative approach, which characterizes the Trento Law Faculty. The Law Review publishes articles both in Italian and in English, with the declared aim to foster research, exchange and discussion in the legal area. It encourages a multidisciplinary approach towards the legal phenomenon in order to engage scholars interested in contemporary legal studies. Each issue hosts articles in English or Italian - pertaining to any field of the law, of national or transnational interest - subject to double-blind peer review and rigorous editorial review. Exceptionally and upon invitation by the Editor-in-Chief, the journal can also welcome guests ' contributions: well-known scholars or experts selected in the field of reference.
