The Law Review publishes articles both in Italian and in English, with the declared aim to foster research, exchange and discussion in the legal area. It encourages a multidisciplinary approach towards the legal phenomenon in order to engage scholars interested in contemporary legal studies. Each issue hosts articles in English or Italian - pertaining to any field of the law, of national or transnational interest - subject to double-blind peer review and rigorous editorial review. Exceptionally and upon invitation by the Editor-in-Chief, the journal can also welcome guests ' contributions: well-known scholars or experts selected in the field of reference.
