Islamic Guidance and Counseling Journal publishes empirical research articles on counseling, guidance, psychological intervention, mental health, and coping behavior, with particular attention to Islamic contexts. The journal welcomes studies related to Muslim populations, counseling and mental health practices informed by Islamic values and traditions, and guidance and intervention approaches relevant to Islamic educational, social, and community settings. The journal prioritizes work that offers clear empirical, conceptual, or practical contributions to the development of guidance and counseling in Islamic contexts.
