Aims & Scope
The journal aims to promote the development of historical, theoretical, methodological, and interpretational aspects in the field of musical art. The publication realizes this goal by publishing original peer-reviewed research characterized by scientific novelty, relevance, and practical value. The journal contributes to the development of musicology and modern scientific thought. The publication is based on the principles of academic integrity and promotes the integration of Ukrainian science into the international cultural, artistic, and scientific space. The journal's thematic scope covers scientific research on the history and theory of music, musicology, performing arts, methods of music education, interpretation of musical works, contemporary musical practices, interdisciplinary connections of musical art, as well as topical issues of musical culture development in national and global contexts. The journal provides a platform for testing research results for both scientists and higher education students. The publication structure includes the following main sections: "Theory", "Practice", "History", "Context", "Personalities", "Archive". The journal was founded in 2018 for performers-interpreters, methodologists, scientists, teachers of higher education institutions, doctoral students, graduate students, masters, and everyone who researches theoretical and applied aspects of art history and musicology.
