The mission of the journal is to promote the development of legal studies, publish articles of scientific importance, and establish itself as well-known internationally.The journal aims to create influence on the scientific field to encourage discussion and exchange of ideas across a wide spectrum of scholars and to promote theoretical, empirical, and comparative research. This is an open-access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without requiring prior permission from the publisher or the author.
