Entomology Beginners
Entomologistas do Brasil · Brazil · Est. 2022
Aims & Scope
Entomology Beginners is a Brazilian journal dedicated to publications in all areas of Entomology and Acarology in the format of brief communications (up to three thousand five hundred words, including references) in Portuguese, Spanish or English, from undergraduate or graduate students, resulting from work carried out during the undergraduate period (scientific initiation, internship, research reports, monograph or course completion work), including postgraduate students (lato or stricto sensu). Our goal is to encourage undergraduate or graduate students to publish their first works, with scientific rigor, but without considering scientific relevance as a factor for approval or rejection. When submitting a manuscript to the journal, one of the authors must be an undergraduate or graduate student who participated in the research at the time it was conducted, and it is necessary to indicate in the author contributions which author(s) is/are the undergraduate or graduate student whose work was/is part of their research. Our proposal is to be an initial boost in the academic and scientific career of undergraduates or graduates.
