Aims & Scope

The Journal of Near East University Islamic Research Center aims to provide a platform for the publication of academic studies and original research focusing on the history of sciences and disciplines in the context of Islamic civilization. The journal places a special emphasis on approaches that address the scientific and intellectual heritage of Islamic civilization, its historical development, its impact in the contemporary context, and its interactions with other civilizations. While the journal includes a wide range of studies on the history of Islamic sciences and disciplines, it gives priority to studies that examine the contributions of Islamic civilization to the history of science and thought, enrich academic debates and strengthen interdisciplinary dialogue.
