Aims & Scope
The editorial policy of the scientific journal “Computer Systems and Information Technologies” is based on the principles of objectivity and impartiality in the selection of manuscripts for publication; high standards for the quality of scientific research; mandatory peer review of submitted articles; collegial decision-making regarding publication; openness and prompt communication with authors; and strict adherence to copyright and related rights. The main criteria for selecting materials for publication are the novelty and relevance of the ideas, the scientific value, the methodological soundness, and the reliability of the results presented in the manuscript. The purpose of the international scientific journal “Computer Systems and Information Technologies” is to disseminate the results of modern scientific research in the field of computer systems, information technologies, and related areas of science and engineering, to promote the development of scientific thought, to facilitate the exchange of research ideas and results, and to analyze current trends and future prospects in the development of information technologies. The journal publishes research papers in the following main areas: software engineering and modern software development technologies; computer science, algorithms, modeling, and computational methods; computer engineering, architecture, and design of computer systems; information systems and information technologies; data processing, storage, and data analytics technologies; artificial intelligence, machine learning, and intelligent information systems; computer networks, telecommunication technologies, and cybersecurity; methods of modeling, optimization, and analysis of information processes; applications of information technologies in science, education, industry, economics, and other fields of activity. The journal publishes relevant scientific studies that make a significant contribution to the development of computer science, software engineering, and information technologies, and that generate new scientific ideas and practical solutions in the digital technologies. The main audience of the journal includes researchers in computer science and information technologies, university lecturers, doctoral and postgraduate students, IT professionals, software engineers, data analysts, as well as all those interested in modern achievements and trends in the development of computer systems and information technologies.
