Aims & Scope

Danisname is a peer-reviewed journal that submits articles, reviews, critiques, translations, and doctoral dissertation abstracts from all fields of the Humanities and Social Sciences, primarily Theology, Philosophy, Sociology, History, Political Science, International Relations, and Security, to peer review. It publishes online those articles that have received approval for publication from the Editorial Board. Danisname does not accept multiple article submissions from the same author in the same period. Until December 31, 2025, Danisname was published periodically twice a year, on September 20 and March 20, as a "Periodical" publication. From January 1, 2026, it will become a "Continuous" publication, and from then on, articles selected for publication after peer review will be published immediately after language control and publication preparation are completed. Conducting its processes in accordance with publication ethics and service quality, Danisname aims to contribute to the advancement of science by publishing articles of high scientific value.
