Milan Law Review (MLR) is a multidisciplinary and multilingual legal journal, published semi-annually in open access mode. The Journal represents an open and pluralistic space for discussion and in-depth analysis, aiming to overcome the traditional boundaries that separate legal disciplines and national legal systems, promoting scientific debate on a wide spectrum of issues, from classic ones to the most contemporary ones. Born from an initiative of the three Departments belonging to the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan, MLR includes scholars from prestigious universities and research centers worldwide among the members of its bodies.
