Aims & Scope

Global Surgical Education, the official journal of the Association for Surgical Education, is dedicated to innovation, scholarship, and professional development in surgical education. It seeks to publish quantitative and qualitative research in surgical education, including outcomes assessments. Simulations of surgical training and videos are welcome, as are teaching tools and curricula. The Journal will publish white papers, consensus statements, and guidelines developed by the Association. Invited commentaries and perspectives on important surgical education issues will also be included.
