Aims & Scope
Applied Research in Administrative Sciences (ARAS) is an international, interdisciplinary open access journal within Bucharest University of Economic Studies, published by ASE Publishing House. ARAS is an international journal, which advances theory, research and practice in administrative sciences. The journal aims to provide theoretically and empirically informed analysis on social, economical and juridical issues related with the development of the field of public administration and management of public and nongovernmental sector. ARAS was established in August 2020 and publishes original research, book reviews, case studies in the field of public administration as well as in related fields. The journal is in electronic format, without publication fee. ARAS is a peer-reviewed and a three-yearly professional journal providing theoretically and empirically informed analysis on public administration and public sector which cover a wide range of themes and perspectives: public administration public management public policy public affairs strategic management quality management human resources management project management urban management information management change management digital transformation management of nongovernmental organizations administrative law regulatory governance public law and institutional frameworks comparative administrative system any other topic relevant to the above fields The journal is addressed to diverse communities, including, but not limited to, academics, researchers , managers, practictioners, master and doctoral students, anyone with a serious interest in the public administration and management of public and nongovernmental sectors.
