Aims & Scope
The International Journal of Law in Changing World (The IJLCW) (ISSN 2764-6068) is a biannual independent international double-blind peer-reviewed journal that aims to publish high-quality articles and thus contribute to the accumulation and dissemination of knowledge of the latest evolutions and developments in the legal field, arising from the constantly changing world. The journal's approach is comparative, and accordingly, it will focus on national law and all fields of international law. It embraces theoretical, empirical, socio-legal, doctrinal, or comparative work related to any legal system. IJLCW's Aims and Scope are the world's transformations (technologies and policies) and their impact on the law and society. Thus, the journal focuses on (but is not restricted to) analysis of new technological and social challenges and their effects on the law and legal procedures, such as the emergence of digital technologies and issues of regulation, environmental and sustainability issues, etc. Each Issue contains significant theoretical contributions while also being a dossier of information on the cross-cultural application of a specific area of law.
