Aims & Scope
The scope of the journal covers all areas of law in Asian countries, including but not limited to Asian legal systems, Islamic law, banking law, civil procedure, commercial law, conflict of laws, constitutional law, consumer protection law, contract law, criminal law, cyberlaw, evidence law, family law, intellectual property law, international trade law, land law, law and economics, law and technology, property law, public international law, succession law and tort law. AJLP invites original unpublished manuscripts that address any legal issue of interest to academics, practitioners, experts and students of law. The journal will be divided into four sections: research articles, case commentaries, legislative updates and book reviews. Articles are not confined to the doctrinal approach. We highly welcome contributions employing a comparative, empirical, socio-legal, or interdisciplinary approach.
