Aims & Scope

The journal publishes scientific and theoretical as well as practical materials related to topical general theoretical and sectoral legal issues, law enforcement practice, legislative proposals, foreign legal experience, constitutional, judicial-legal and administrative-legal reforms. The journal disseminates scientific findings on the theory and history of the state and law, as well as on constitutional, criminal, civil, commercial, administrative, international, and other branches of law. It also covers comparative analysis of legal systems, harmonization of legislation, and the adaptation of Ukrainian law to European Union standards in the context of European integration and legal reform in Ukraine.
