Aims & Scope
The Canadian Journal for the Academic Mind (CJAM) is a student-led, student-focused, open access, peer reviewed scholarly journal published by York University. We invite undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines to contribute their research and insights to this edition. Whether you are an experienced researcher or submitting your first academic paper, this is an opportunity to showcase your work and engage with the academic community. The Canadian Journal for the Academic Mind is a student-run/student-focused, non-profit, interdisciplinary, open-access research publication dedicated to bringing together the best and brightest minds from across the world to share their ideas and research. We believe, support, and encourage the use of open-access publishing and the accessibility of academic material to the public. CJAM does not charge a fee for any of its services, including article processing, submission, and viewing. We are committed to providing a platform for students to showcase their research findings and to discuss and debate the changing landscape of our world. Currently, we are accepting submissions solely from students in their undergraduate or graduate studies. We hope that in the future, we will have the capacity to also support the submissions of academics and professors. Professors are welcome to and encouraged to co-author students' papers.
