Aims & Scope

The discussion in the journal highlights contemporary aspects of Islam and Muslim society in Indonesia, with special reference to religious doctrines, institutions, and socio-cultural and economic practices. It cordially invites contributions from scholars of related disciplines. The aim is to provide readers with the recent developments and a thorough understanding of Islamic spirituality that integrates with various disciplines and humanities studies in the context of Indonesia through the publication of articles, research reports, and book reviews. The journal welcomes and acknowledges scholars and professionals working in all disciplines in the humanities and social sciences studies pertaining to Islam or Muslim societies in Indonesia.
