Aims & Scope

npj Women's Health considers all aspects of women's health throughout the life-course, including adolescent, sexual, reproductive, maternal/newborn, midlife, and geriatric care. The journal covers a broad range of topics including but not limited to: Chronic non-communicable diseases in women Pregnancy care and maternal health outcomes Reproductive health and infertility care Gynecologic cancers and breast cancer, including diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship Menopause and age-related conditions, including prevention and treatment strategies Sexual health and reproductive rights All aspects of gynecologic care and surgery Women's mental health Gender-based medicine and personalized healthcare Women's health disparities and social determinants Integrative and complementary approaches to women's health The journal offers more choice to Nature Portfolio authors who are seeking a fully open-access and more inclusive platform for publishing their work. The journal is led by women's health experts who collaborate to cultivate high-quality research. As part of the npj Series , this journal focuses on fostering global partnerships with the research community and other Springer Nature journals.
