Aims & Scope

The Law and Society Students’ Journal (LSSJ) is an annual open-access publication committed to promoting thoughtful and original student scholarship. We warmly invite submissions of research articles, case studies, and book reviews from both disciplinary and interdisciplinary perspectives. Our journal focuses on themes that lie at the intersection of law and society. We encourage authors to reflect on how legal rules, institutions, and practices influence social life—and how social, cultural, political, and economic forces shape the development of law in today’s world.
