This journal welcomes the genuine empirical investigation. Papers can represent different theoretical perspectives and methodological approaches. They can refer to all age levels, from infants to adults, and various learning and instructional settings, from laboratory experiments to field studies. A key criterion in the review and selection process concerns the importance of contributions to the field of learning and teaching.
