Aims & Scope

The Education and Management of Entrepreneurship journal, published by Razi University as a quarterly periodical, aims to foster scientific exchange and collaboration among researchers and experts in education and entrepreneurship management. It invites all specialists and enthusiasts to share their scientific findings and relevant reports through this platform. Therefore, the goals and vision of the journal's publication are as follows: Providing an opportunity for disseminating research findings, emphasizing the convergence between the two domains of education and entrepreneurship management as the journal's primary focus. Promoting interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, and transdisciplinary approaches in the field of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship management, development of entrepreneurial businesses, and related areas such as business management, developing entrepreneurial organization, innovation and technology development, advanced nano, bio, and information technologies, knowledge-based production, and university and research center research commercialization. Developing entrepreneurship education in educational systems, including primary, secondary, and higher education; enhancing entrepreneurship education and management efficiency in industry, services, and agriculture sectors; and fostering entrepreneurship, particularly in less developed areas such as rural regions and similar fields. Diversifying the format of disseminated content through the call for and acceptance of manuscripts in various forms: full-length scientific research manuscripts, review papers, conceptual papers, theoretical frameworks, case studies, short reports, technical notes, methodological papers, and similar formats. Facilitating a scholarly forum to guide research in education and entrepreneurship management through an editorial board, journal management, evaluators, reviewers, and specialized editors in collaboration with the scientific society "Entrepreneurship and Innovation of Iran" and the scientific society "Educational Management of Iran." Collaborating with specialized scientific assemblies to publish research and scientific findings from scientific congresses, seminars, symposiums, etc., within the framework of regulations and rules governing scientific journal publications. Enhancing the quality of publication through modernization, digitization, and transparency in the journal submission, reviewing, and printing of scientific manuscripts. This includes employing systems and processes for monitoring and ensuring scientific ethics in the publication process adopting a quality-oriented approach. Informing in the fields of research and specialization in education and entrepreneurship management, aiding in preventing similar activities within the country. Endeavoring to enter and join international scientific databases and online networks.
