Aims & Scope

The management of water and other watershed resources from the land border to the point of discharge, from wells and canals to freshwater springs, is within the scope of aquaculture knowledge and technology. Aquifer management is one of the solutions for managing water resources in arid and semi-arid areas that can have positive effects on groundwater resources. The United Nations has adopted the method of "flood spreading as a simple, low-cost and efficient way to manage aquifers (aquaculture), especially in desert areas" and recommends aquifers and recommend it for arid and semi-arid regions of the world. Whereas population growth has led to increased exploitation of natural resources; Watershed management, which includes biological, structural, and managerial measures, can play a very important role in achieving sustainable development by carrying out activities such as surface water extraction and utilization, increasing groundwater resources, conservation and development of vegetation or management measures. Have. To this end, the exchange of scientific and credible information will be a very important step in this direction. The members of the scientific journal of Watershed Management Research intend to achieve this with the help of the scientific community of the country.
