Aims & Scope

The Association pursues the aim of promoting study, research and scientific comparison on the most relevant contemporary legal issues, with particular attention to interdisciplinary connections between law and other fields of knowledge (anthropology, bioethics, philosophy, geopolitics, history, technology). The approach is consistent with a transversal, multidisciplinary and intersectoral approach, inspired by the principle of Complexity elaborated by Edgar Morin, assumed as an interpretative key for the analysis of contemporary socio-legal phenomena.
