Electrical Engineering and Energy (ELENE) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes high-quality research articles and review papers in all areas of electrical engineering, electronics, energy, and related interdisciplinary fields. The journal welcomes original contributions from researchers, engineers, and professionals worldwide, covering (but not limited to) the following topics: Electric power systems, including transmission, distribution, smart grids, and microgrid technologies; Electrical machines and drives, modeling, control, diagnostics, and integration with power electronics; Power electronics, converters, inverters, and their applications in industrial and renewable systems; Control systems, automation, robotics, and signal processing techniques for electrical applications; Microelectronics, analog/digital circuit design, VLSI, and semiconductor devices relevant to electrical and energy systems; Embedded systems, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and data analytics in electrical and energy engineering applications; Industrial energy systems, process electrification, cogeneration (CHP), and waste heat recovery; Studies involving mechanical, thermal, nuclear, chemical, electromagnetic, magnetic, and electric energy forms; Renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, hydro, biomass, and geothermal systems; Hydrogen energy, fuel cell technologies, and the socio-economic and policy aspects of energy transition; Energy storage systems and battery management, covering electrochemical, thermal, and mechanical storage; Electric vehicles and energy-efficient transportation systems, including charging infrastructure and grid integration; Energy conversion, power quality, efficiency enhancement, and optimization methods. This journal supports and amplifies research related to SDG 7 - Affordable & Clean Energy and SDG 9 - Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure.
