Aims & Scope
GreenTech is an international, open-access journal dedicated to advancing sustainable agro-industrial engineering through cutting-edge research and technological innovations. The journal focuses on developing and applying environmentally responsible, resource-efficient, and economically viable solutions that enhance agricultural production and processing. By fostering interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers, GreenTech aims to drive the transformation of agro-industrial systems toward sustainability, resilience, and global food security . We welcome contributions that address technological advancements, novel engineering approaches, and breakthrough methodologies that optimize agricultural productivity while minimizing environmental impact. The journal provides a platform for sharing innovative research that integrates engineering, environmental science, digital technology, and sustainable development in agro-industrial practices. Scope GreenTech publishes original research articles, case studies, and perspectives from scientists, engineers, and practitioners engaged in sustainable agro-industrial innovation. The journal covers a diverse range of topics, including but not limited to: Renewable Energy in Agriculture – Development and application of solar, wind, bioenergy, and other renewable energy sources for farming and agro-industrial processes. Precision Agriculture and Smart Technologies – IoT, AI, machine learning, and sensor-based innovations that optimize farming efficiency and productivity. Sustainable Water Management – Advanced irrigation technologies, water conservation strategies, and smart water use for agricultural systems. Greenhouse Gas Mitigation and Climate-Smart Agriculture – Strategies to reduce emissions, enhance carbon sequestration, and promote climate resilience in farming.
