Aims & Scope

Odrodzenie i Reformacja w Polsce is published annually by the Tadeusz Manteuffel Institute of History of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. The articles published in the journal focus mainly on the Polish and European Renaissance and the Reformation (from its beginnings in the Polish lands to the 17th century). The publishing profile of the Journal covers problems from the domains of literary and artistic culture, religiosity, and spirituality. The journal publishes also editions and translations from classical languages (mainly short works from the 15th and 16th centuries), and reviews of new publications thematically related to the Journal’s profile.Scholarly disciplines represented in the Journal: history, philosophy, literary studies, sciences of culture and religion, arts science.
