Unterrichtswissenschaft - Journal of Teaching and Learning Sciences veröffentlicht Forschungsergebnisse zu Lernen und Unterricht in verschiedenen Bildungs- und Berufskontexten. Veröffentlicht hauptsächlich empirische Originalstudien, Rezensionen und theoretische Artikel. Die Ausgaben enthalten einen thematischen Schwerpunkt, ergänzt durch Initiativbeiträge und aktuelle Themenbeiträge. Ist eine der drei meistzitierten deutschen Fachzeitschriften in der Bildungsforschung. Inhalte werden sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch veröffentlicht.
