Sociologia del diritto covers the broad disciplinary space of sociology of law, with theoretical contributions and empirical research on the most diverse aspects of the social life of law, from Italian and foreign scholars. It contributes to the development of an essentially critical way of looking at law, which now gathers tens of thousands of scholars worldwide. The journal aims to describe and critically evaluate contemporary societies and law, without ideological closures but with the methodological rigor that scientific research requires.
