Aims & Scope

The Journal of Iranian Chemical Engineering (Farsi Edition) was established in order to extend and promote chemical engineering science as well as development of applied scientific researches among professors, specialists, researchers, and chemical engineering graduate students in Iran and establishing relationships between industry and university for putting forward the problems and issues of the industry. Publication of scientific and research articles, articles with industrial applications as well as news related to the chemical engineering departments and the chemical industries are among the goals of the Iranian Chemical Engineering Association. Also, introducing the scientific activities of Iranian researchers in international forums is another goal of the Iranian Chemical Engineering Association. According to the regulations of the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, this journal is evaluated as a scientific journal. It is owned by the Iranian Chemical Engineering Association and is published periodically every two months. In addition, news and information related to the chemical engineering community, scientific, educational and research news of chemical engineering training centers, and developments in process industries in Iran and other countries, are published in the events section of the journal.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
