Aims & Scope

About the Journal FOCUS AND SCOPE Journal Istinbath welcomes full research articles in the area of Islamic law and Sharia economic law, either in the form of research articles, theoretical development, or critical reflection on the field of islamic law and sharia economic law . It focuses on the main topics: (1) Islamic Family Law, (2) Sharia Economics Law, (3) Islamic Criminal Law, (4) Islamic Law and Gender, (5) Islamic Law and Politics, (6) Islamic Law and Society, (7) Islamic Constitutional Law, Authors are invited to submit articles that have not been published previously and are not under consideration elsewhere. PUBLICATION FREQUENCY Journal Istinbath is published two times a year, in June and December. PEER REVIEW PROCESS After the article passes the plagiarism-checking stage, each manuscript will be reviewed by at least two independent referees (double-blind) who are within the subject area. Whether the article is accepted or not will be discussed with the editorial board. Checking plagiarism using Turnitin.
