Aims & Scope

Tidsskrift for Forskning i Sygdom og Samfund is a transdisciplinary journal with medical anthropology at its core. The journal aims to promote and develop research at the interface between the humanities, social sciences, and health sciences. The journal thus wishes to be a forum where these disciplines can meet and inspire each other, epistemologically, methodologically, and theoretically. The journal will disseminate the ever-growing professional collaborations and research initiatives taking place in the aforementioned interface, contributing to the theoretical development of health-related themes. The journal addresses everyone with an interest in research on illness and society, and particularly researchers and practitioners in the health field.
