La Revista de Filología Románica acepta trabajos escritos en cualquier lengua románica. En las secciones Artículos y Varia se incluirán trabajos originales que versen sobre la historia y evolución de las lenguas y literaturas románicas centradas en su período medieval, así como colaboraciones sobre aspectos teóricos o culturales de la Edad Media.
