Aims & Scope

REIRE Revista d'Innovació i Recerca en Educació is an electronic publication of the Research Section of the Institute of Professional Development (IDP) of the University of Barcelona. The purpose of this publication is to offer a space for consultation and dissemination of educational research and innovation at all educational levels and especially regarding professional development. REIRE invites researchers, academics, teachers, professors, administrators, specialists and doctoral students to submit manuscripts. It aims to take advantage of the possibilities of the Network to offer a permanently open documentation space, provide channels for interaction to the educational community and facilitate the publication of materials that incorporate diverse formats and multimedia elements. The central content of REIRE consists of unpublished articles dealing with topics related to research and innovation in the educational field, both within and outside the formal system. These articles can be of various types: Research experiences, from any methodological and disciplinary approach. Literature reviews or theoretical reflections on research and research methodology in education, which present, for example, the state of the art on an aspect or a methodological advance in research. Practical experiences of educational innovation. Methodological articles on research methodology issues that include practical guidance.
